At Hum Creators, every product is made with love and crafted especially for you. Since our items are custom-made, we take pride in ensuring each piece meets our quality standards before it reaches you.
Processing Time
As each order is customized, please allow 15–20 days for us to prepare your order. Once ready, delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–4 working days. We also take urgent orders but customer needs to discuss via WhatsApp before placing order.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order. These charges will be shared at checkout or upon confirmation.
Payment Policy
Because each order is crafted exclusively for you, we require 100% advance payment at the time of booking. Once your payment is confirmed, our team will begin creating your order.
Return & Replacement
Since our products are custom-made, returns and replacements are not possible. However, if your product arrives damaged during delivery, we’ll gladly assist with a replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with pictures of the damaged item.
