How many days will it take to ship the order?
As each order is customized, please allow 15–20 days for us to prepare your order. Once ready, delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–4 working days.
How can I return an item?
Since our products are custom-made, returns and replacements are not possible. However, if your product arrives damaged during delivery, we’ll gladly assist with a replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with pictures of the damaged item.
Where can I ship my order?
We provide delivery all across Pakistan, Overseas shipment is also available but customer needs to contact us first to agree upon shipping charges & delivery time.
